European guideline
We believe there is a need for local subsidiaries of U.S. corporations to increase the level of knowledge on the different European rules, regulations and consequences related to the administration and exercise of equity compensation.
Therefore we are suggesting the implementation of a Guideline with certain processes, procedures and recommendations that will help the companies with compliance and best practices.
